Positives: The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They gave excellent recommendations on how to get to the parks and directed us to the right places when needing help. It was also a bonus that we had transfers taking us/bringing us back from the parks. The rooms were clean and comfortable - everything was great other than the lack of facilities I would say.

Negatives: The lack of facilities and the fact that some transports got to the destination earlier than needed. We got to seaworld at 7am as the transfer bus left the hotel at 6:45/6:50 but seaworld didn't open until closer to 9am so we were sat outside waiting.

Negatives: They put me in a room that was dirty, and after I requested it, they changed it. Uncomfortable bed and very old air conditioning. They charge a high fee to accept the dog, 35 per day plus taxes.
