to much pot smoking hallway and elevator repped of it

The floors were not clean, maids came into room even though I had a do not disturb on door. Very noisy, no sound insulation between floors. Also
marijuana smell and people smoking it around the hotel everyday, and nobody doing nothing about it .
I should get some kind of discount on my stay.
I couldn't even bring my Grandchildren there for a overnight stay because of the conditions.
