Great visit from start to finish. We checked in 2 hours early, rooms were clean and modern, right at the beach with chairs and umbrellas, heated pool, beach towels provided, 24hr water, coffee, tea in the lobby, close to many restaurants you can walk to, big breakfast provided.
Negatives:
Breakfast eggs were overcooked and the sausage was inedible. But everything else was great especially the waffle bar.
The doors close loud. We were woken up several times by early travellers. It was very quite otherwise.

Everything seemed old and worn. Lobby and room windows were filthy. Sink in bathroom was not conducive to shaving and water ran too slow. Balcony and furniture were dirty, and railing had peeling paint. All the time we were there only one elevator was available. One other elevator remained out of order, and a third was in use by cleaning staff.

Our stay was four nights and five days and we enjoyed our stay! Affordable/great price for our trip. Great beach access, it takes a few minutes to get there and it's so clean! Breakfast was good and changed every single day, which is nice. Had tons of variety omelettes, eggs, potato's, fruit, waffles, and more. Room was clean and huge! There's putt putt next door and restaurants walking distance. Go to CRABS. Used the gym 3 times and enjoyed it as much as I could. Book it!

-The towel quality was horrible (we got new ones daily) for showering. My boyfriend is 6'3 and we got tiny towels that were ripped up or extremely rough.
-Dogs barking in early morning was frustrating and some even pooped in the hallways. I get it

Great location, price, and friendly staff. The room was huge, the shower was amazing, big flatscreen tv, mini fridge, microwave, excellent toiletries, 2 pools, and the breakfast was perfect. We loved the crunchy cooked bacon the best. So tasty! All that and you step right out of the hotel directly into the white puffy sand on beautiful Pensacola Beach!
