I was charged $1371 when I checked out which over drew my account. The room had been paid for IN FULL prior to my stay. When I called to ask about the situation. I was very rudely informed, Ill get my money back in 3-5 days and there was nothing more they could do. They also could not explain why I was charged or allow me to speak with anyone other than the manager. I will not be staying with you again
