Positives: The location and price were good for what I needed while traveling with my family and dog for a business trip.

Negatives: The hotel "looks" clean, but it really isn't. Our room had a moldy smell that was very strong every time we came back to the room from being out. My son's feet were black on the bottom just from walking around on the carpet in our room. The sink faucet in the bathroom had layers of toothpaste and soap scum around the base, and there were hairs from the previous guests left in shower.

Negatives: Arrived 40 minutes after booking a deluxe king on the ground floor and was told they didn’t have any more. Ended up with two queens. Still comfortable, but I don’t know whether the Hotel gave away our booking, or Booking.com sold us a non-existent room.
