I think the price for the room was outrageous. There was five of us we chose your hotel because it was close to the airport so we could be shuttled. We were told it’d be better if we just walk and push our own stuff over there and since there was five of us we were counting on the sofa bed when we opened the sofa bed, it was completely broke, the mattress was coming apart. The part that is hooked to the frame was broke off from the frame. The mattress was falling through. No one could sleep on it and we have the manager come up and look at it and ask if we could just sleep on the better half of it Instead of giving us a different room or a discounted rate. We just had to fold the bed back up and sleep on the couch. I will be coming back to the Pensacola area and I have talked with other people and they want to come to the Pensacola area but no we will not be staying at the Hyatt anymore. We thought the Hyatt would be a good hotel and the only thing good about it was it did have a good breakfast.

Check in tool 30 min . No line . Charged multiple times as the rep swiped my card over and over and told me it was being declined . I simply opened up my online banking and showed them that the chargers were being deducted from my account . He told me they would be cleared and only on hold . He.swiper my AE card 2x . I visually watched the card reader show approved before he claimed it was declined and swiped it again . Since IA am on a cruise, I will not be able to verify until my return . Made a very stressful start of what is a beautiful vacation.

Very friendly check in. We were going through a stressful time and the person helping us was patient and did not rush me when I couldn’t find my ID right away. Also, on checkout, the gentleman was so friendly and kind, and took us to the airport quickly with a smile. We felt like we were valued.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking and very close to Cordova shopping mall and several dinning options. Very short walk to Pensacola airport. Great for very late arrivals or early departures.
