Negatives: Breakfast was terrible. People homeless came into the lobby to eat. The area is very noisy and it is in the middle of a ghetto. Homeless people walking around the parking lot and the exterior of the buildings need attention. Everywhere you look you see old and in bad condition facilities. I think $100 per night was a robbery. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed.

Positives: The location was great and staff was very helpful. They was in the middle of remodeling so I would stay there again to see if things got better.

Negatives: The breakfast wasn't as nice as other Laquinta's and they didn't keep it clean while people was going and coming to eat. Needs to be remodeled in a corner spot not room for everyone to get food.
