For one I was not told that the Internet was out and I had to work. And two the air conditioning is set on 60 and yet my thermostat says 77 and I’m sweating to death!

There was blood in one room. A booger on the sheets in another room. The check in process was very long even though 3 out of 4 people checked in online.

Everything. The smell of the lobby. Did not feel that clean. We arrived around 12am since our flight was late and the check in process was much longer than is should have been.
