When we checked out, we needed to leave our luggage for about 2 hours at the hotel until we got picked up. The staff at the reception were very very unhelpful and refused to help us, so we couldn't leave the lobby for these 2 hours.

One year ago when I visit the hotel Excellent stay food was great, associates was very friendly and caring. This time April 6-8, I don’t know what happen.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the breakfast was just okay. Then there marijuana smell on the 3rd floor very strong, I had to go outside for 30 minutes then went in a set in the lobby for 45 to an hour until some of the smell left a little the second night the marijuana was back stronger than the first night.then the clerk moved me to the 1st floor. Never going back. My health is more important.
