Positives: The breakfast and the area where it was served was very nice. The building was new and had adequate parking. I also liked the way the room was decorated. The two ladies at the front desk were really nice during our check in and they offered a lot of advise bout our stay and what we could do around town. I would come here again mostly because of them and how the hotel was decorated, I felt really comfortable.
Negatives: Two parts of the room that were dirty first was the bathroom floor and the garbage was not taken out. When I opened the compartment were the refrigerator was it was very dirty on both sides of the refrigerator. It looked like no one had ever cleaned there. The only garbage can I saw was in the bathroom I think that one near the door would be nice. The bed was kind of lumpy on one side.

Negatives: I booked two rooms through booking.com. Upon arrival, we were told by the desk person that only one of those rooms were available. Our friends had to book a different room with a different rate. At 1 a.m. I received a phone call from the front desk wondering if we were still going to check in!! We checked in at 6 p.m. I explained that we were in Rm 111 and our friends were in 222. We paid separately during check in. I now have TWO charges on my card and I had been assured at check out that this would not happen. Not happy that this is not resolved yet!

Negatives: The USB ports to charge phones did not work; there was no hairdryer included; there was no bag for dirty clothes; and there was no refrigerator. People were checking in late and doors were shutting and opening throughout the evening, along with babies, screaming. The bed was so hard that we could not get a good nights rest, especially with all the distractions. I had requested a handicap room, and they did not give me one. Instead, they gave us a king size bed, which does not work for us, because we are handicap. We will not be staying at the Hampton Inn again. When I called the front office to ask about the handicap room, the young man said he could not help us because I booked through a third-party company. He encouraged me to book directly with the motel next time even though it’s more expensive. I did not think that was a very good response. No one was interested in the fact that my husband and I are handicap and we were not being given proper accommodations.
