Positives:
first of all. It was my honey moon. I paid for two rooms with ocean view. We arrived at 1 plus pm. I was given 1 room with no ocean view, and I had to wait over 2 hours to get the other room which was not an ocean view either instead there was a bunch of construction machinery right in front of our balcony. I talked to the front desk attendant and told me that he was sorry. He said he was going to compensate me by not charging the resort fee. But that was not the point. The point is that my honeymoon vacations were spoiled by they not delivering what I was expecting to receive. SO IM VERY DISAPOINTED.
Negatives:
I had to stay another night due to the bad weather. But the time of our check out I received a call from the manager saying that for every 25 minutes of delaying I was going to be charged $30 dollars. Me and my wife thought why didn’t they paid me $30 dollars for every 25 minutes they delayed my room when we arrived? I asked the manager that and she said SORRY IT IS THE HOTEL’S POLICY.

Positives:
The esthetics were beautiful! We love the location and the feel of the resort. Highly expected of a Hilton.
Negatives:
$35 for parking each day. Very high cost for parking considering no other resort we’ve stayed with Hilton has this. At least give club members a discount.

It was big and beautiful, beautiful Christmas decorations, pool and hot tub, keys needed to get onto elevator and stars (made us feel safe).
