I will tell you how appreciative I am of the staff at this property. They were wonderful and extremely helpful in getting my situation resolved. My wife had an accident and broke both wrists and elbow in two places. They weee very underwhelming of my situation and allowed me to cancel my trip with no penalties.
However BOOKING.COM has no way of reaching them and I will never use this website again, I will go directly to the hotel
