Nothing the customer service was bad including the Manager very impolite the room its we got one we go inside the lamps was upside down not light working we decided to change we did the other room was the toilet didnt work we got the hotel for work i

First customer service not good and the bathroom bad shape need update $74.50 for that room its to much breakfast said not breakfast we stay 4 nights plus the toilet didnt work we cant used for 2 days until we comes tired for work too wait long

I didn't like the 250.00 deposit that was required at check in because I didn't know it would be needed to stay at the hotel.a

Nothing. The most disgusting hotel I've stayed at in over a decade. I didn't even shower or eat their breakfast. I just wanted to get out of there.

The pot smell in the lobby and corridors. The hair clumps in the pool. The curtain duct taped to the wall. The horrible customer service. The non working toilet. The windows painted black. The leaky fridge. The lack if cleanliness. The $100 deposit

This was a prepaid reservation by PayPal. Because of that they made me charge a $100 security deposit plus $1 (forgot what the dollar was for ) and told me it would be refunded when i checked out. Now i'am waiting for my statement to see if they did.

Bad location. Neighborhood was sketchy. On a main road-lots of sirens. The room smelled like mildew and the toilet and shower were very old with paint chipped off. Nothing updated in YEARS. I havent stayed in such a low rate hotel since college (80s)

Check in person wasnt very nice or personable! Room had aweful smell ( musty and old) Other staff was very pleasant just not the guy I dealt with upon check in
