We stayed on 2 different dates. First time was the check in staff was very nice. That was February 24 2024. Next stay was March 1st. The young man at the front desk was extremely rude& lazy. This young man should not be working the front desk.

It was quiet and close to stores and restauran ts. The continental breakfast was good and coffee was always available. Staff was frindly and accommodating. If I visit this area again, I will choose Best Western

1 staff member seemed annoyed at a request I made, he didnt want to be bothered. His body language and facial expression said it all. Maybe he could find a different job rherewhere he won't have to serve the customers face to face.

The bed was comfortable and it had a decent breakfast in the morning that started earlier than most for a weekend, 6am.

I took the surprise deal and the hotel was 45 minutes from the area I was looking for, there is no way of knowing this prior to choosing. The room was run down with a huge hole in the wall from where a door knob had gone through, cracked tiles, and ants.

I didnt like that my room was not ready when I was checking in. It was about 3 pm when I finally got into the room. I had a 4 pm meeting that I thought I would not make. The other thing I didnt like was that the bathroom had tiny ants on the vanity

It stank. Moldy. Musty. Our first room had a leaky shower with water all over the floor.

Location and quiet, comfortable bed and surroundings. Complimentary breakfast was also good.

Our room only had a desk chair in it. Also the breakfast bar closed at 9am, our flight was delayed four hours so we got there late. Had to hurry in order to get breakfast, should stay open until 10am at least for times like this.

Hotel asked for "service dog ID" which is not a real thing and a violation of the ADA. Employee argued that "every service dog in the hotel has an ID".
