The room was not quiet - a lot of outside noise, especially from the room above. The room itself was Ok - one of the beds had stains on the comforter, otherwise everything pretty good overall.

This hotel is super clean, convenient to everything, and the staff are very helpful and nice. The rooms come with a medium size refrigerator with freezer and kitchen sink. The beds are very comfortable. Great value and we plan to return anytime we are in the Sanford/Lake Mary area.

They didn't air condition the hallways or elevator, the room AC could not keep up because the hallways were so hot. Would not stay here again, or recommend it. There was also only one iceachine and it was always empty or out of order.

We had a late flight into SFB. This hotel was only a few minutes away and less expensive than others in the area. The staff were pleasant, even just walking down the hall employees smiled and said good morning. Our room was exceptionally clean, which is the most important thing to me. Very happy with our stay.

It was very clean and love the amenities in the room. The floors were luxury vinyl plank so very clean and full size refrigerator. Glass cooktop. And very important for this area, they have soft water when i took a shower, so did not leave a film on me and hair after. Beds were very comfortable, desk, large screen television and convenient places to charge my devices. Air conditioning worked very well in my room also which is important to me
