Receptionist gave us key for a room which was occupied and when we entered the room it was occupied and there was a dog who greeted us as we opened the door. This was a hotel which housed people with families for extended periods. Up until 3 AM there were people running in the hallways and yelling at/to each other. On checkout we asked to speak to the manager but there was none. The receptionist apologized but did not seem surprised by our comments. She said the manager was due in “shortly “ and would definitely call us within the hour. We never got a call.
THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD.

It is clean and roomy.
Negatives:
Breakfast in reality is not existent. There are only oatmeals and a limited amount of boiled eggs, that is literally it! No bread, no bagels, no cream cheese, nothing that even matches at least a continental breakfast.
Room, even though has a kitchen, has absolutely nothing in the kitchen. There is no coffee maker.
