We enjoyed the pool, the morning breakfast and the overall views of the city. Majority of the staff was accommodating.

Our first night was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! We were so dissatisfied that we nearly asked for our money back and stayed at another hotel… There was a large amount of black mold in the bathroom. My wife and two of my daughters have major asthma issues and this was flat out, unacceptable. Along with that room, the AC unit was broke and every 3-5 minutes it would kick on and a loud metal grinding sound continued throughout the whole night, keeping all of us awake. None of us slept that night and it was a horrible start to our vacation. We were offered a new room and a percentage off of the room for that night. I felt more could and should have been done to rectify this. I have video and photo evidence to show anyone that is interested in looking into this.. Once moved we were given room 1522. That same night another guest was given this same room in which they walked in on our family. This caused a great deal of anxiety and really left us uncomfortable. Later that night after a long day on the town we came up to our room only to find the room key would no longer work. We had to go down to the front desk to have things sorted out. This is a nice hotel but in all my years of staying in various hotels around the country, all these mishaps really made this experience something I hope never happens again.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and trolley locations for easy transportation. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great along with complimentary happy hour. Nice touch to give $25 credit to use ar restaurant. The ladies that worked the morning breakfast were extremely helpful. The street parking was convenient.
Negatives:
The layout of the room was uncomfortable and the living room area was very dark with no natural light. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The pool was dirty with things floating in it.

The lobby was mediocre. There was never water in the lobby for guests upon arrival. There were hidden charges that were not disclosed. They restaurant was very understaffed and we waited for a very long time to get served. No glasses were provided in the bathroom for our use. Additionally the toffee bar was extremely sparse
