Positives:
Overall, this is a nice hotel with Clean rooms, nice pool, friendly staff, and close to the airport.
Negatives:
1. Proximity to restaurants & grocery stores was not good if you did not have a car. Everything was too far to walk. With only one restaurant at the hotel, eating was a challenge and food was mediocre.
2. The hotel shuttle was in the shop the entire weekend so we had to take a Lyft. Even if it had been working, it only was available 10:00am - 3:00 and only went to 3 places. They did offer to pay for our Lyft as long as it was within the 10:00-3:00 window and to one of the places they go.
3. The ice machines were only on every other floor and of course, Id be on one without.
4. Elevators were very slow.

The staff was very welcoming, rooms were clean, liked that they provided room service every day. I liked that it was close to everything, beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back.

Nice location for a summer stay

The staff was amazing! Both bar tenders we encountered were wonderful and kind. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful.
Negatives:
It felt old, which isnt always bad, but the down comforter and down pillows were very flat and overly used; they were missing so many feathers! The sheets felt like they had been bleached to death and felt like plastic or tarp. I almost went to buy my own blanket because I couldnt sleep. I wish I had known about the construction going on across from the hotel because every morning of our stay we were woken up at 6:30am by the large trucks backing up and beeping. All. Day. I couldnt believe how loud they were, they sounded like they were in the room with us! It was very disappointing for how much money we spent to be here.

The location to the beaches was perfect.

There are 3 elevators for 10 floors. 1 was broken and the staff elevators didnt work either. Elevators were usually taken up by the staff with the carts. Had to wait an extended amount of time to get the elevator.
From what I have heard the hotel was bought out and the new owner will not be fixing anything since they will be tearing the hotel down in 2 years to place condos there.
