Negatives:
The Asst. Mgr Salina did not bother to listen to my concern as the TV wood panel dropped and hurt my leg. She just assumed that there was a note not to pull the panel. I t was a wood panel that was loose and not screwed. Luckily I was able to avoid it and just had a scraped skin and bruises.

I understand check in is at 4, but I did call ahead and say we would be there early because our baseball tournament ended early, I would have thought at 2:30 they room could have been done.
