Positives:
Beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. The tv also had a good selection of channels to choose from. Staff was very accommodating amongst a few issues.
Negatives:
The cleanliness was very subpar. The first room they had us in smelled like a public restroom and the floors were soaking wet. There was also a large amount of dust in the vents.

After the first rooms t.v didn't work I moved all of my stuff to another room which bathroom door didn't close so the next night a new room which stank like smoke and had a bag over the smoke detector. Absolutely insane and I'm traveling every weekend now I was hoping to make this my hotel but you have to make it right.

What i didn't like, were to start....mouldy and heavily moist room with a window that is locked with screws so it can't be opened. The fact that they tried to make their problem with Booking.com payments my problem while everything on my side was in order which also was confirmed by the great booking.com operator i spoke to and who called the hotel to confirm. Only 2 towels on the room, a flooded barhroom and a very poor cleaning policy.
I haven't slept for 2 nights due to the high moisture in the air and the damp duvet and cushion. Very very poor. Sorry, i wish i could give a higher rating.
