We have traveled a lot, and we've never stayed at Ritz-Carlton before, however, every person that has recommended us to stay at the Ritz always talk about how great the staff are and we were not disappointed. From the valet guys to the cleaning staff, just a 100/10.
The room is spacious, and everything was immaculate. The pool was nice, but the water was HOT that it wasn't refreshing, but blame the scorching hot Florida weather. Pool drinks were good, and the staff was very attentive.
I booked in advance a massage for my husband since we were celebrating our anniversary and the girl over the phone did tell us about that the actual spa area was in the process of remodeling so we really couldn't enjoy the full spa experience. No big deal. My husband loved the massage, and it was worth it.
