There was mold in the PTAC air conditioner, the room smelled musty like foot, the room was moist, the beds were hard as a rock and my back hurts now, we were not offered to be moved to another room, the desk lady gave us a spray for the smell and it didn’t help.

After showing that we booked two single rooms with two bathrooms, frontdesk gave us a suite with two rooms but 1 bathroom, of lesser value.
After receiving the room, the filters of ac where not in place. The hairdryer was missing.
In the morning for breakfast, the floor was sleepery because it was cleaned during breakfast time.
