Clean room, good smell . Admin give as discount for problem with first room and said someone coming today to poison cockroaches

In the room was a lot cockroaches, I asked receptionist if they have other room without cockroaches, and she give us other room and the other was ok

My hotel room had roaches and I was moved to another room at 10 PM. The hotel is located on a very busy bad road, lots of traffic and very hard too enter. The staff was not cordial. I will never book at this hotel again!I am a senior and it was frustratin
