People living at the hotel, smoking weed, stay up all night talking on the balconies. Your reservation online still does not guarantee your room on the property, even when you request in advance. The room I first was giving had a broken air conditioner.

We were impressed about the salt water pool. The hotel had a lower rating than the 5 stars it deserves! The rooms were a bit bigger than expected. Right next door to this fun restaurant called taco libre. The breakfast was fantastic. Sights trolley there.
Negatives:
Only that we didn't stay there longer than just the night. Definitely coming back as soon as we can. The only minor thing was we waited a bit at the lobby for someone to come down and help, but we didn't mind and understand everyone is short staffed now.

Price was good. Good size room, nice bathroom, comfortable beds.
Negatives:
Staff disagreeable. Room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes upon arrival. Big clot of dark hair in shower drain. Asked for clean towels and trash removal each day of our 4 night stay. They came once. Says "library", on website, there's no library..
Train runs 4-5 times a day so that woke me a few times blasting at the intersection.
Sometimes tv worked, not a lot of channels
Lots of barking dogs around us.
Our last night was ruined by people next to us pounding on their door, shouting and making a racket after 10:00. My grandkids were scared and wanted to go home.
