Hotel charged the money from me twice, first time through Booking.com and another one directly from my credit card. Next to this they charged money for breakfast, while it was included into my room price. I have raised my concern through Booking.com with regards to this, but the hotel refused to refund the money. This is absolutely unacceptable.

There was no hot water on the first morning. Moved to another room with hot water. On day 3, there was no hot water in the new room.
Weird shower door that wouldn't stay closed causing massive water to end up on the floor.

Although recently renovated, the property does look “tired”. Some face lift is required - sun chairs by the pool, bathrooms inside the rooms
