Between Wednesday, Nov 29th, 2023 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 3rd, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Dec 3rd, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 4 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Positives: Staff was exceedingly nice and personally asked to help us without asking. They all see.ed to take great pride in their jobs and it showed in everyone's attitude. From the valets, the front desk, the cleaning staff and even a gentleman who rode in the elevator with us, they all seemed genuinely happy to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Guess what, we did.
