Positives: Staff was friendly

Negatives: Structurally the rooms are noisy (doors and floors have terrible acoustic protection), bathroom has a sliding door that doesn't close properly and exposes light and noise as well. One of the rooms we booked wasn't ready at 5pm when our daughter arrived. Also they charge a daily 30$ plus tax on a "Destination Fee" which is borderline ilegal (at a minimun unethical). I know this is a 3 star hotel but for what they charge (not cheap!) you would expect overall better quality.

Positives: The location and the kitchenette.

Negatives: Our room was not cleaned well, the floor was dirty. The dishwasher in the room did not work correctly and the pressure of the water in the kitchenette’s sink was very low so washing dishes was challenging. Also, the hotel has 3 washing machines and dryers for a hotel that has 16 floors!

Positives: I like the location of the hotel and it provided a lot of great additions

Negatives: I didn't like having everything being charged to my room where I had other means to pay for things. I didn't like that the pool wasn't heated at all. I also didn't like how with the parking they gave us a number to text, but didn't inform guest that they should call instead of texting the number. My fiancée and I also had housekeeping attempt to walk-in our room before knocking. We also didn't have a do not enter sign available in the room.
