Excellent academy and 24 hours. Good location with good restaurants.
Negatives:
Dirty bathroom, black grout. Very old room with old furniture. DIRTY bed linen from previous guests. The shallow end of the pool for children is used by rude people when they come back from the beach and wash their feet and many pigeons sleep on a rock that is on the pool island. I don't think it's worth the current price. You can find better things in the same area.
