Facilities were old and run down. Bad “stale” odors in the hallway and on the elevator. Found a roach on the wall in the room and immediately returned to the front desk for a refund. Waited about 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The attendant granted the refund because switching rooms would make me paranoid to stay anywhere in the building. I was going to try to make it work over night, but the roach was the last red flag.

When I got there I was told they overbooked and had to wait to see if any rooms came available after 45 minutes to an hour I was given the last room available. The girl was very polite no issues with her, I actually felt bad for her because other people behind me were upset at the hotel being overbooked that were not given a room. The bed was very uncomfortable it felt like I was on springs only and the a/c was working poorly. People were drinking and smoking pot in the parking lot all night.

Nothing, the didn't even have a room for me and my family even though I have a reservation for a week. The staff just told me that I would have to call booking, com , I wasn't her problem. When I walked in, the lobby was uninviting and nasty. It looked like a place where you would rent a room by the hour. The person at the desk was not friendly and rude. I would have been treated with more respect and kindness by a random person on the street. I will not be staying there again.
