Negatives: Ive stayed here in the past (been a couple of years) and I definitely see a downturn in the quality of this hotel. First room was a mess (looked like white plaster everywhere at entry and bathroom) 2nd room not great but better. Choosing another place!

Positives: Staff was very friendly.
Negatives: First room we checked into had non working air conditioner. Called front desk for help. Told no one available to fix and no other rooms. Ended up finding another room for us. New room had good air conditioning but no tv.
