Positives: location was fine. Room was OK. Didnt eat breakfast there.

Negatives: We were celebrating our Anniversary I had requested flowers and Champagne for the room which was not provided at the time of checking in. Room had to be requested to be clean every day. Did not receive clean towels one day until about 7 pm.

Negatives: The staff was very rude and not helpful. No fan in bathroom no towels, no house keeping during stay, no pool towel available, room was not available when we checked in at 5 pm, staff members told us the hotel was under staffed and it was very noticeable

Positives: This hotel is in a great location on the river walk and we felt safe walking to and from the hotel. The room had great view. AC worked great. Has great shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Negatives: The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even someone else in the elevator commented on it. Pillows are flat and bed wasn’t very comfortable. Low water pressure and towels were horrible. We only had two to start and they were very small. There’s no fan in the bathrooms and the door didn’t shut all the way. The room smelled musty and just wasn’t anything special.

Negatives: Entering your property, please give better directions. Because you didn’t I ended up at riverside, everything thing there was way better including the valet parking. Your valet stated to me , I am too busy to park or move your car. The valet at riverside moved my car, and gave me directions to your hotel, Then at the u-turn light, your valet cut me off on the u-turn to get into the hotel parking lot, swung double wide on a u- turn.

Positives: The staff was friendly and exceptional

Negatives: We booked a zero entry shower bathroom because my husband was in a wheel chair and the bathroom was perfect but the sleeping area was so tight that you could not maneuver the wheel chair in the bedroom. The staff was exceptional trying to help us but we were not able to function with the wheelchair in the bedroom so we had to switch hotels.

Negatives: HAD ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER FIRST DAY, WAS RELOCATED TO ANOTHER ROOM SECOND DAY WITH THE SAME PROBLEM ALONG WITH VERY LITTLE WATER PRESSURE. THE BATHROOM SINK IN THE SECOND ROOM WAS TOTALLY CLOGGED AND ALMOST OVERFLOWED. A MAINTENANCE MAN HAD TO PLUNG IT CLEAR, WHICH WAS A QUICK REMEDY BUT ANOTHER TOTAL INCONVENIENCE ! WHEN I CONFRONTED YASHTI ARJUNE AT THE FRONT DESK, AND CONSIDERING THE SITUATION, I HANDLED IT VERY NICELY, SHE WAS DEFIANT WITH WORDS AND AT ONE POINT SAID SHE WAS NOT DISCUSSING THE SITUATION ANY FURTHER BECAUSE I THOUGHT JUST A $50 CREDIT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! A FEW HOURS LATER I RECEIVED A VERY CARING PHONE CALL FROM MIKE HURLEY WHO WAS EXTREMELY CONSIDERATE AND CREDITED ME %50 FOR MY VISIT. HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING AND I THANK HIM VERY MUCH.
