Positives:
The only positive thing I can think of is the location of the hotel. It is very close to the airport and the location is in the dead center of shopping and nightlife.
Negatives:
There were multiple plugs that did not work or were shoddy. The bathroom toilet was clogged. The sink was dirty and the drain did not work properly. At check-in, I was charged again for the booking when it was a prepaid through Booking.com. If I had not been diligent with regularly checking my expenditures, they would have got away with an extra ~$900 in their pockets. The booking was a multiple night stay, so I was fortunate enough to catch the double payment before I had left - the front desk KNEW about this issue - it being a prolonged issue and still was not diligent enough to ensure any more "errors" were to occur for their future customers. Another huge issue is the pool area being closed. We had specifically booked this hotel for their pool as well. At Check-in we were notified that the pool was closed - I inquired for how long, hoping it will be able to be open for our other days' staying here. Unfortunately, they claimed there was a pump issue and will be closed until the following summer. I was not given prior notice to this until the NIGHT BEFORE our stay that a welcome email was sent with notice of pool being closed ... A NIGHT BEFORE OUR STAY. Had I known that the pool was closed, I would have cancelled and booked at another hotel, immediately. I had reached out to the front desk and Manager multiple times and was met with excuses and generic fake apologies with a very dismissive demeanor, stating that an email was sent to us, that's great - only that the booking was made months prior and the email was sent a night before the actual first date of stay.
