Negatives: The lights around the mirror didn't work. They would have been handy. I didn't realize parking was not included in the hotel nightly room cost. We asked if we could self park and we were told no by the valet. We could see the parking lot from our room and it would have been easy enough to park ourselves as there was plenty of room.

Negatives: mandatory valet when the services is absolute garbage! Pulling up i was ignored by valet for 15mins, the spot where valet is at is so confusing and chaotic, on the street so people are honking and trying to go around cars, absolutely atrocious. After deciding that valet isn’t going to open my door or even ask if i’m staying here,i got out and approached them and told them i need valet and they still just started at me and didn’t make one move, still were talking amongst themselves. finally someone actually helped me and put a sticker on the car, i asked for a dolly because i had a lot of bags with me and they were none, i was never asked if i needed help with the bags (I NEEDED LOTS OF HELP, small girl carrying over 6 bags). checking in was a breeze, but valet afterwards was absolutely atrocious and made this whole experience not worthwhile and is the reason i will not be returning. That night valet was backed up to no end, people were waiting for cars for over 30mins, they were losing peoples car keys and just unorganized. We waited for my car for over 20mins, and decided to go up the garage ourselves and go to our car. on the way back valet was nowhere to be seen, i just parked my own car in the garage and walked down, even when leaving valet was backed up, i didn’t even use them and just walked with all the bags to my car, just done with that whole experience. a beautiful place with tacky accommodations, might as well just make that garage hotel parking instead making people pay $40 for crappy valet that ignore you, lose your keys, not helpful, and make you walk to get your car for your entire stay.

Negatives: Picked a room with two queen beds. The bathroom had no privacy. How are you supposed to share a room? Shower is open to the room and doesn’t even have a frosted glass door.

Negatives: I was happy with everything.

Negatives: The room was a little small, and the glass doored shower was open to the room instead of being behind a door.

Negatives: The only con is the $29-a-night valet charge which is not optional if you have your own car. There was no option for late checkout.

Negatives: Parking was a little odd, but it has definitely improved based on reading passed reviews!
