Inside of hotel was very nice, room was nice and spacious. Was so glad to have a microwave and refrigerator! Breakfast was a great variety and assortment as well. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Cost was extremely high. Yes it’s a nice hotel inside, outside and surrounding area not so much. Felt it was a tad overpriced for a Sunday night stay in September. Almost $200 is double what it really should have been.

The location was fabulous. I was working downtown and could get there in 15 minutes via the free streetcar. The station is footsteps from the hotel and it has stops at the major destinations in downtown Tampa. I also was very happy that it was a quiet property. Ybor City is a party place, but I could not hear a thing in my room. I needed lots of sleep to be energized for giving a keynote speech. This property provided it. The price point was great too. Well under $200 fully loaded. That was half the price I would have paid to stay downtown. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful as usual. The pool was a fun added bonus. I'm not a big hotel pool guy, but it was great to unwind in it.
Negatives:
Paying for parking. It's not a big deal, but being 15 minutes from the core city, and having a large parking deck, I think Hampton could offer free parking, not $22 per night plus tax.

Good sized room with 2No Queen beds. Fridge in room. Good sized bathroom en-suite. Temperature controlled from within room. High floor away from lift with good view. Ice machine by lift lobby. Good breakfast selection. Clean modern facilities. Outside poo and internal gym facilities too. Easy to find. Good location. Close to free tram service. Friendly reception staff.

We stayed the night here to see a concert at the stadium. The location was very convenient to get to and we liked the fact that there was food within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. We missed out on the complimentary breakfast because we slept in but appreciated that was something that was offered!
