Hair in the towels and refrigerator, stains on the sheets, and we had the visit of a cockroach. We requested new sheets and were not answered, only the afternoon of the next day. So I'll neve back.

The close proximity to Busch gardens. The swimming pool. Rooms are ok, but had some minor problems which the staff did their best to rectify.
Negatives:
The old grey building was in need of repair and felt dark and depressing. Some rooms are opposite the dark staircase so no outlook. Rooms are motel style with a window that passers by can look directly into so blinds need to be closed to avoid this.

I’m never stay again in...
Positives:
Check in was easy, Room was clean and updated with a nice big tv. Good hot water when taking a shower. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and dark ended up sleeping till 10am so we missed breakfast. Didn't get to use the pool due to weather but it looked nice. Parking was easy with no fee to park.
Negatives:
staff could be a little more welcoming but I could only imagine what they deal with so not really a big deal. Pillows sucked but there was five on the king size bed, Room we stayed in the door was hard to close felt bad coming back from Busch gardens so late and slamming the door closed. Room needs a new shower head and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet.

Had to change room on ground floor due to insects in room. Frig wasn't working, molded inside. Check out morning i realized it had been unplugged. Reported to front staff.
