When I booked online I said that there would be kids with me but when I went inside to the front office they told me I would not be able to bring my children it ruined my daughter's birthday en after 12:00 is when they told me that I could bring them my daughter just turned eight and they're ready hurt it because it was going to be a surprise for her in that ruin everything

Positives:
Close proximity to Busch Gardens, free parking. It is also possible to leave car prior to check in or after check out to save 30 USD parking fee at Busch Gardens. Uber to the park was 7 USD each way, drop off much closer than general parking.
Negatives:
Rooms are very basic, but clean and with comfortable beds.
