Hot water heater was not working. Lobby and walkways reeked of marijuana. Ripped torn sofa. Toilet did not flush.

My clothes smell like old cigarettes when I got home. There is a stench in the room that would be nice if it were not there. Its embarassing to have clothes smell like that.
