Positives:
I liked that they had a pool and the premises was beautiful
And that they had a nice outside smoke area.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that the coffee pot didn't work there was also a bag over 1 of the sprinklers. And also there was absolutely no hot water when me and my family went to take showers or baths.

My daughter witnessed a guy with his window curtains open taking care of himself. She is 7 years old. Not a conversation I wanted to have with her at that age. Water pressure wasn't working. AC in our room was broken so couldn't get a cold room.

First on the parking lot it look like a pipe was broken and leaking water but hot water so I considerate it’s dangerous for kids.

There were urine stains on the sofa, blood stains on the bedding, the light switch was broken in the bathroom causing one of us to get a deep cut, there was NO running water after 6pm, roaches in the room, the floors were so dirty they turned my socks black, I could smell pot and there were some people completing a drug deal in the parking lot. The staff were rude, did not care about my concerns, told me the manager had just left and would be right back but he never returned. I was told I could check out and receive a refund which I have not received. We ended up leaving and stayed at the Embassy Suites, which was quite a bit more costly but at least I wasn't worried about being shot, contracting hepatitis or worse and I was able to take a hot shower to wash the filth from this place off of me! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I did not check in here. It was a booking in mistake.I spoke with their front desk to get it canceled with no charge , the receptionist named ASIA told me to call booking dot com. I contacted booking dot com and said they sent them email. Since there is no assurance that this was canceled, I still went there and tried to checkin that night. PRINCE, the receptionist said it was canceled with NO CHARGE. Then after that weekend,I saw the charge in my credit cRd.I contacted them and advised and said they will tell it to the manager. ASIA lied to me said that she refunded the $135 for one room,I told her it should be $270 because it was 2 rooms. Then after a few days I called back and spoke to the Manager and said that they will not refund me. HE WAS RUDE TOO.
DONT BOOK THIS ROOM. THE PROPERTY’s ENTRANCE WAS DARK,CREEPY,HORRIBLE AND SMELLS LIKE MARIJUANA
