the fact that I was told that I would have to take one of my 2 service dogs and drop one off somewhere as well a being asked for credentials for then which I have no problem providing although they should know they are not allowed to ask for them. I did however provide them before I was then told that one of our service dogs would have to be dropped off somewhere in order for us to stay. I was pissed and got out of character and my mouth was not so nice at that point as you are practiser telling me and my fiance that one of us would have to go drop of our child down the damn road somewhere. the room was not clean at all behind beds and the air didn't work. I was not happy with my stay at all. we had to call a friend to come and get his dog which is a violation of ADA as they just took away his life support at that time. It will be reported to Ada as well as I feel they need a lot of training as far as that aspect goes

Everything! Checked in and the room floors we slippery wet and i thought oh cool just cleaned but when i took a towel to dry the floors the were covered in what could be described as almost mud that is how filthy the towel was! Bedding was so stained i actually went to the store to buy disinfectant spray and wipes and cleaned the whole room and my husband bought new bedding for us to sleep on for our stay!!! Shady people at all hours of the day and night literally doing nothing but drinking and heavy heavy pot smoking day and night! Looked like hookers also waiting for johns on back side of hotel!! Hotel workers and management turning the other way acting like nothing shady was going on!!!
