Positives:
Th ey fixed the only elevator. Staff helped us bring in luggage up the stairs on second floor. Was able to sleep first dour nights. Staff brought us cooking utensils and coffee pot.
Negatives:
No housecleaning planned. Floors were dirty. No hot water in kitchenette sink to wash dishes! Couldn't sleep Fifth night -somebody was moving furniture above us from 4:30am on till we left at 10:00am. Staff called and woke u s up and couldn't understand what he wanted around 11:30pm. Complained about romping/running noises above us 1st night above our floor. Elevator wasn't fixed for hours after we checked in. Had to call and pick up washrags; wouldn't deliver em to us; were in our 70s and it didn't matter.
