Positives: The location was good. The breakfast was ok. The hot breakfast wasn’t always kid friendly.
Negatives: I was put in two different rooms. Neither was clean. The first room had the previous occupants beach towel in the bathroom and the water on. I was moved to a king suite. It had food on the bathroom floor. It was never cleaned for the duration of our stay. There was a “curly” hair under the new bar of soap. The manager blamed my kids for the rooms being unclean.

Positives: Nothing as this was avwrong booking.It was Venice in zItaly not America.Booking zCom should have realised this mistake as all my bookings were in Italy,(Rome and Venice from 3rd to 9) and Instanbul and Antalya 10th to 19 May..Can Booking.Com please notice such errors for futurevaddrss.Have asked Bank to ignore payment to Hampton.Had advised early to help desk.No reply

Positives: Really good coffee. Breakfast was good too.
Negatives: When we entered our room, there was hair in several places on be floor. When we re-entered later there was no hair. So either our movements in the bathroom caused the hair to move to parts unknown or housekeeping realized it hadn't finished cleaning the bathroom and re- entered after we left the room. The latter scenario makes us feel icky because we have no way of knowing if toilet was clean when we used it. In addition, on our second morning, a Saturday, I came to breakfast early. Hotel staff members were arguing politics loudly as they ate breakfast, which was disturbing. Then, one of the staff members turned the volume up on the morning news to the point it was disturbing too. We could not find a luggage trolly anywhere, although the day before there were four. The desk person said he'd call around to try and get us one. It never materialized. In the meantime, three staff members stood in a hallway talking for approx. a half hour. Then one went outside to smoke a cigarette.
