Most holiday inns are clean , upkept and maintained. We booked this hotel because we have had pleasant experiences staying at them and the review on booking was high. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The room was dirty , the entire 4th floor smelled like mold, the floor in the room had missing flooring, the bathroom was not cleaned at all hair and pee all over the base of the toilet, and the pool was drained. The room was musty and damp. If we would have known this is how our stay was going to be we would have stayed somewhere else.

The breakfast wasn't bad depending on your taste.There was a pretty good selection.
Negatives:
I hate to say this,but the whole room smelt very musty the whole time we were there.It gave us headaches.In fact as soon as you got out of the elevator you could smell it.The staff was very nice,namely Martha on the front desk who was a lovely young lady.I wouldn't stay there again for the moldy smell.The beds were comfortable.

A convenient place to stay...

•It was awesome the hotel was dog friendly.
•Very friendly staff!! Especially, I really enjoyed meeting and speaking with the NICEST maintenance man I've ever met!!!
Negatives:
We stayed 3 nights. The 1st night it stormed so bad, it knocked the TVs out! The 2nd I kept feeling warm and tried turning the AC down more. But, by morning, when the sun was starting to warm things up. Our room was still uncomfortably warm, so I had to call the front desk for help. The aforementioned maintenance man tried resetting the old giant window unit. But, after another stifling hour and call to the front desk, they just moved us.
Then, as soon as we walked into the new room: oh, the AC worked but, the WHOLE ROOM smelled horribly of mold/mildew!!! After a very congested, hard to breathe night, as we were checking out, my hosannas saw the maintenance man again. He quickly showed him with his phone's flashlight that EVERY VENT was completely COVERED in mold/mildew inside the AC unit!!!
