MAKING THE RESERVATION & GETTING A CONFIRMATION NUMBER
Negatives:
The hotel called me as we were driving an hour from the hotel that evening, and the hotel called and said, sorry, but we overbooked and we don't have a room for you. That was hours after we made the reservation and thought we had a place to stay. Good luck, there's another hotel like ours a few towns over and a Holiday Inn too, is what we were told. We ended up turning around and driving 2.5 hours home and got home at 130am. That stunk. Horrible. We deserve a free night's stay.

Very clean,great breakfast. excellent staff-very helpful.Pet fee extremely reasonable. We did not have a pet with us. But the fee if you do was 16.88 per day.

The hotel look remodeled, hot breakfast was nice & coffe & tea station open 24 hrs.
Negatives:
Front desk unprofessionally dressed, No warm welcome, nobody at the desk available. Had to wait until someone arrived and it was a young person with a cartoon hoodie (*this is what I meant unprofessional*) They were german roaches in the breakfast area. And I couldnt sleep at the bed because my body was very itchy, I didn't saw any bedbugs.
