Beds were very comfortable.
The young lady who checked us in was very nice and polite. She was friendly too.
Location was good for us.
Pet friendly.
Air conditioner worked well.
Negatives:
Bathroom floor was dirty...dirt/dust built up along baseboards
Quite a bit of cheese dried on the glass plate inside the microwave.
Bathroom lights had no cover and one of the bulbs was partially lit..bathroom was really dark and hard to see for grooming, etc.
The room had a couple of places where the wall had been patched/repaired without being painted.

Smoking rooms spread into the non smoking rooms. Pot and cigarette smell isn’t for everyone… elevator broke and took the non-union mechanic over 6 hours to get there. The ceilings and walls looked ready to be redone.

Everything was wonderful. Location was perfect. My room was ready when I arrived. Joyce took great care of me. So did the rest of Management and staff. Breakfast was hot and cold but DIY. Great coffee! Almost always available in the lobby 24/7. I always try to stay on the top floor. It was a bit loud this visit as there were many rambunctious kids there. But it was quiet at a decent hour no need to complain about it. All in all a wonderful trip. Thank you to Joyce and Bhasker!!
