As soon as I came in the lady at the desk looked up my reservation there was a problem with booking . Com... this lady went right to work . Told me these no problem and shortly after had it fixed... just letting you know lady's like that are hard to find.i no sooner asked her name . She replied vasmen..I hope I spelled that right. Let's not forget she makes a mean chocolate cookie too..thank you Hampton Family.Troy & Deborah Hall.

The bathroom was dirty, mold growing in the corner of the shower as well as on the floor. Ask for the room to be made up on the next day, which did not happen. I rate their service as poor.

The smell was awful, our rooms werent ready for check in at 3 pm, or ever! We drove around until 7 pm and still didnt have a time to check in as the rooms hadnt been cleaned. We found another hotel!

This was just a place to sleep prior to a football tournament.

Friendly service and the rooms/beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
My rooms were not ready upon arrival even though I arrived AFTER the check-in time. I had to wait in the lobby for one room then cram the other guests in one room while we waited for the other room. We were late to our even that evening as a result.
