It was too noisy to even get a few hours of sleep. The noise from the room above at 4am in the morning was too loud. Was able to hear their walking and using the rest room. This could have been better if the building was more sound proof.

There was constant noise every night, throughout the night and early morning with disturbed our sleep and regardless of three discussions with front desk staff nothing was done.

Hotel itself was acceptable but...
Positives:
Large, clean room. Friendly, professional staff. Comfortable bed. Excellent kitchen area - full fridge and freezer allowed us to freeze our ice packs and store all our food. And this was approximately 1/2 the cost of the hotels that we passed 20 minutes earlier on I-95 going south. We both highly recommend.
Negatives:
The breakfast was sparse but for the savings on the room we could have bought 10 great breakfasts
