Hilton network went down and checking took forever. Staff worked hard to manually get us in, but while working on it, they kept apologizing to us and because if them, no one was upset. They saved the day for the hotel and Hilton.

Location is convenient to airport.

It appears as though the staff is unable to keep up with the volume of guests. There was constantly trash around, overflowing bins, dirty elevator spills that we there for days, etc. I normally love the breakfast, especially the Omelets, but they just didn't have the same delicious flavor per usual at other locations, for example, compared to Alexandria, VA. I think you are using different cheese just more bland in West Palm Beach location, underwhelming. It's definitely not as good, sadly. It put me off the omelets. Next time, we will just stay at regular Hilton and go out for breakfast. I requested the bedding for our sleeper sofa and was denied due to under staffing, so after a few nights without it, we just went to the desk to pick it up ourselves so we could use it finally. On check-in, the keyless app function through my hilton honors didn't work.
