Demon was very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
Shuttlewaited 40 minutes and he never got out of his seat for me. I had to open and close the door which was difficult for me. (I did not have any bags.)

I appreciated the friendly arrival greeting at the front desk after my long, difficult drive. The hotel looks newly redecorated with a nice restaurant, and I loved the room and the hi-end walk-in shower.

Location was great! Easy access to all the major highways and schools.
Negatives:
Check in was terrible. Was treated like a second class citizen, I watched the interactions with another customer and it was the polar opposite, treated with courtesy and respect! Asked about a $5 parking fee ( which is not stated on their website)

Our view was really bad: room 212... I knew it wouldn't be beachview or anything but the hvac and roof view was a bit drab... I'm sure I could have asked for a different room being as this was a handicap accessible room, but I didn't ask, just enjoyed my stay outdoors (great room for anyone handicap)
