I had a bed bugs bites and they doesn't care too much. Manager never showed up. Employees said that they cannot do nothing. Corporate office offer me a coin if I sign in a CHOICE PRIVILEGE club.

The bed was extremely soft,clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
I asked for a smoke-free room, but once I opened the room door, I felt like I walked into a cloud of smoke. Out of the 4 plugs that I tried to charge my phone on did not work because the sockets needed to be changed, so it had my charger dangling. The front door had a half-inch gap where you scan the key card, allowing anyone who walks by the freedom to look into the room. I ended up leaving no more than 4 hours after I checked in. I literally threw away $120 that day for the room.

Except the breakfast, very good, everything else was horrible, lousy welcome from the reception by a lady called Jym, even the cleaning, the service, the clogged bathtub, it seemed to be in hell, no Wifi service or TV by a whole day of the two that we were. I never go back to that hotel

The location near Lego land , the hill incline to get to the parking

Elevator was slow, remodel was not updated (picture that were shown upon booking didn’t match the rooms we have gotten), leaks in roof, loud toilet, dirty shower, the false advertisement on tower king room, no key for outside door, staff needs to communicate on the outside doors .
