Positives: rooms were spacious and in a good location
Negatives: I was repeatedly locked out of my room, the cards would constantly be inactivated (I did not put them anywhere near my phone). I was locked out of the hotel at 11pm and there was no one at the front answering, it was dark and I was alone and scared. I was also charged $53 after I left inexplicably, I travel frequently and did not leave the room a mess. on another note, the room was empty. not even silverware was in the room when I was there

Negatives: The reservations were made to company personnel coming from Europe. Check in time over midnight. The recepcionist demanded that the person who made the bookings for the 5 people in 5 separate rooms be present to the check in because he could not see in the hotel system (or dld not know how?) the names of the guests. Absurd! What of the person lived in another state instead? Then he told the last 2 guests that they would have to wait because the system started a random Audit. We asked him to keep the copies of their passports and let thdm go to their rooms regardless. They were very tired and it was close to 2am. He said no. He was not going to do that. Either they go somewhere else or wait. Luckly the Audit finished when he said that. Then we asked for his name 4x. He refused to say. It was a very very rude, unprofessional and incompetent recepcionist.

Positives: Convenience, location, amenities, kitchenette, price
Negatives: I was VERY disappointed with the breakfast. At this point, it should be much better. Guests should be able to sit and eat a better breakfast than muffins and fig bars in a basket.

Positives: Was conveniently located, close to a gas station, and a few stores!
Negatives: Sadly cleanliness was not good, when we went to our room there was a foul smell.. went sniffing and found three uncleaned drawers, one with old food that was spoiled (the smell) and the refrigerator also had old food in it (milk products that also smelled) No blanket on bed, only a thin sheet, was told I couldn’t get one until morning time due to the front staff having to wash the laundry. I had to pay to have one doordashed to our room.. Property is outdated, and just smells old.. The staff were all great however, despite our issues that mainly had to do with poor housekeeping..

Positives: The hotel is cheap.
Negatives: On arrival food from the previous guest was on the counter. The room smelled horrible. The deadbolt was broken and wouldn't stay closed. And one of the lamps was missing a light bulb. The microwave would spark and act like it was about to catch fire if I tried to use it.
Positives: The young man in the front desk. Nice and helpful.
